It wouldn’t be the first time the Obama administration has used regulatory uncertainty to stall job creation and private investment in the economy.

We need more spectrum to expand America’s broadband capacity, but the Obama administration is stalling phone companies from buying spectrum and demanding more power to pick winners and losers in the wireless market. Federal agencies are even using the regulatory process to stop the new company LightSquared from investing $14 billion in a brand new wireless network. A sputtering economy can’t afford for government to halt private investment from creating tens of thousands of new jobs.

Write Congress today and tell them to stop the Obama administration from killing new jobs and stopping much-needed investment in the economy. Tell them we need more spectrum for mobile broadband now!
